SHIPPING FEES

  • $4 for 1 product

  • $8 for 2 to 4 products

  • Free shipping on orders of $49 or more (5 products)

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed within 3–4 business days, excluding delivery time via Canada Post or courier services.

DELIVERY
Please note that we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date. Online orders to Canada are shipped via Canada Post or courier service (at our discretion).

Standard delivery times are based on Canada Post’s established timelines as outlined below.

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays, and are processed the next business day after purchase. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

Please note that orders will not be processed or shipped on the following holidays:

  • New Year’s Eve

  • New Year’s Day

  • January 2

  • Good Friday

  • Easter Monday

  • National Patriots’ Day

  • Saint-Jean-Baptiste Day

  • Canada Day

  • Labour Day

  • Thanksgiving

  • Christmas Day

  • Boxing Day

In the event of a Canada Post strike, a courier service will be used, and delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

SPECIAL ORDERS
Special orders (large volumes or custom packaging) will be processed and delivered within a timeframe agreed upon with the buyer. Additional handling fees may apply for orders with multiple recipients.
