Please note that these Terms of Purchase apply only to products purchased through www.oomphpopcorn.com and do not apply to products purchased at retail through an affiliated merchant. Retail products are subject to the sales terms of each respective merchant.

OOMPH Seasonings Inc. reserves the right to cancel any order that does not comply with the terms of sale below or if a product is no longer available or out of stock.

Products will be delivered within a week following receipt of payment. If a delay is expected, the customer will be notified accordingly. Payments can be made through our secure payment portal.

Products sold on this site cannot be resold to third parties for profit.

Products purchased on www.oomphpopcorn.com cannot be used for illegal purposes.
